My students love having the board to show their work. It is mobile and easily assessable. My students use it daily when they are working in groups. Each group gets a turn to use the board throughout the day. They will correct each others work and point out how they solved a problem by showing what they did. It has helped my students with comprehension and improved understanding. They frequently ask to use the board and are disappointed when it is not being used that day. I can't thank you enough, this has brought life to teaching math. My students feel connected to the learning and are more invested. They are proud to show what they know especially when they see me roll the board out. I know you may never see the impact your donations make on a child but I'm telling you that your support helps to open the minds and hearts of children. Thank you again and I hope you will continue to help teachers and students.","fullyFundedDate":1758202773776,"projectUrl":"project/building-great-minds/9489625/","projectTitle":"Building Great Minds","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Tillery","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6955111"},{"teacherId":10105328,"projectId":9523382,"letterContent":"Our maintenance staff put our table together and delivered it over the weekend. The students were excited to see it on Monday morning. We have 30 students and a small classroom so having this table will help us have an area for small groups. \r\n\r\nThe pictures I have to post are of a joint project with the 8th grade. We had a student in 8th grade come in and pull a small group of students to work on a poetry project. This was something that they were able to do without disturbing the rest of the class and it is something that we would not have learned about during regular class hours.","fullyFundedDate":1754964305644,"projectUrl":"project/a-table-brings-us-together/9523382/","projectTitle":"A Table Brings Us Together","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Peters","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10105328"},{"teacherId":9704911,"projectId":8699616,"letterContent":"I just wanted to let you know that your help has enabled our Special Educational Students, and some of our General Educational students as well, to be able to cope better with their daily challenges in life. The books on anger management, violence, diversity, adoption, and sharing are truly working for rural students who do not have any children neighbors to play with and socialize with as well as to learn caring and sharing with.\r\n\r\nWe read the materials and use the books and manipulatives several times a week, and they have added to our very limited classroom budget by offering alternative educational learning games and tools the very financially-strapped families may never have seen. One student who refused to do work because she got jealous anytime the teacher worked with a different child, has read the Anger book a lot, and now truly understands her value and worth, while \"sharing\" the Teacher somewhat better! Another student who refused to EVER sit down in the classroom, and who just walked around all day, and hit folks a lot, has begun to sit most of the time for his two meals we give, and sometimes is also beginning to sit a little bit while we try to instruct him for future strength and a well - rounded foundation to develop further. He has almost completely stopped the dangerous biting all day: this is due to your books, such as \"keeping your hands to yourself,\" etc.\r\n\r\nThe items you allowed us to use, play dough, etc., are growing more creative imaginations and futures!
