Your generosity gave our students the opportunity to use iPads as powerful learning tools—not simply for entertainment, but for research, writing, interviewing, recording, and digital storytelling.\r\n\r\nStudents created articles and newsletters featuring our teachers, alumni, and school events. They used the iPads to record presentations, document events through photographs and videos, and capture firsthand accounts from members of our school community. These experiences helped students strengthen their writing, communication, research, collaboration, and technology skills while learning how journalists gather and present accurate information.\r\n\r\nThe students were most excited about seeing their work come to life. Instead of only writing a traditional classroom assignment, they became real reporters who could interview others, record meaningful moments, and share the stories of our Raider community. Students who were sometimes hesitant to speak in class especially warmed to the technology. Recording allowed them to practice, build confidence, and express themselves in ways that felt comfortable and creative.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, our students were able to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
