The event was led by a Kindergarten teacher who \"thinks outside the box\" and works daily - whether through predictable structure in this classroom or having no desks and chairs for students to work at allowing them to learn to write in a way that prioritizes shoulder joint stability - to do what is best for his students and in turn teaches others to do the same. \r\n\r\nThe highlight of this trip was learning how re-energizing learning alongside other passionate teachers and absorbing their excitement and knowledge. \r\n\r\nI am still implementing many things I learned at this conference, even 8 years later.
