You have provided my students and me with valuable resources that were desperately needed. You provided my classroom with a beautiful plum purple rug that we are using for storytime andshared reading experiences. We didn't have a rug previously, so this time of experience was impossible. My students helped open the rug and place it in the classroom. They loved it so much from the very beginning. The wanted to rub on it and sit on it constantly. Some of the responses were, \"It's so pretty!\" \"I love the color!\" \"It feels so good!\" \"It's our school color!\" I really couldn't be more pleased with it.\r\n You also donated little leveled readers, which my students have been reading everyday. The students have even commented that these books are helping them to become better readers. We received several educational games in your donation. One of the favorites is Owl Vowels. Students sort word cards into each Vowel Owl Container with the matching vowel sound. We also received basketball shooting sight words and several file folder games. The students have said how these activities make reading fun for them. We will continue to use these materials to improve reading performance. The students and I appreciate your kindness and support more than words can say.
