The students were so excited to see the boxes arrive and to see what was inside. They were able to use the markers, colored pens, and colored pencils to help with identifying parts of speech and parts of an argumentative activities as well as illustrating and decorating their writings. These simple things make writing much more fun! The dry erase markers were used with our class set of individual dry erase boards for some fun review games and the sentence strips were a great help for some group work of sentence structure practice. The timer and dice were also used for some fun review games! The foam camping pads are such a great addition to spending a little time outdoors for class. I hope to utilize these even more in the upcoming year. \r\n\r\nNo extra funds are available from our school for us to get supplies that help make our classroom learning more interesting, meaningful, and fun. So, any support is always greatly appreciated.
