Having a simple label maker might not sound like a huge deal on paper, but it totally changed how the kids approached these craft sessions. They took complete charge of sorting supplies, creating clear instructions, and printing custom labels and nametags for the residents. Watching them take pride in getting everything organized gave them a real boost in confidence, teaching them practical skills like planning and attention to detail without it feeling like a standard classroom lesson.\r\n\r\nMore than anything, having those polished, well-organized materials made our time with the residents run so much smoother. Instead of stressing over missing pieces or messy activity trays, the kids could focus entirely on what actually mattered: sitting down, talking, and building real connections with the seniors. The residents loved the extra thoughtful touch of personalized items, and my students got to feel the genuine joy that comes from bringing a little light to someone else's day. This project didn't just help us make crafts—it helped my students learn empathy, responsibility, and the power of giving back.","fullyFundedDate":1787008558071,"projectUrl":"project/already-funded-label-maker-for-studen/10479784/","projectTitle":"ALREADY FUNDED - Label Maker for Student Use","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Buehler","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2062894"},{"teacherId":10283664,"projectId":10110905,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donations.
