The impact it has made in our daily school life has been nothing short of amazing. Your kindness and support have truly created meaningful changes in our classroom, and we are incredibly grateful.\r\n\r\nEach item you provided has played an important role in supporting my student throughout the school day. The feelings rainbow has quickly become a favorite transition tool. It has helped make transitions smoother and more predictable, giving my student a visual and emotional connection that makes moving from one activity to the next much easier and more positive.\r\n\r\nThe weighted butterfly has also been incredibly helpful, especially during transitions and in moments when we need to slow down and regroup. It provides a calming, comforting effect that helps my student feel more secure and regulated. Having that sense of calm readily available has made a noticeable difference in how we navigate challenging moments.\r\n\r\nThe bouncy seat has been another wonderful addition to our classroom. It has helped meet important sensory needs while allowing my student to remain engaged in learning. Not only does it provide the movement needed for focus, but it has also helped my student stay at his desk for longer periods of time. This has greatly improved his ability to participate in activities and complete his work successfully.\r\n\r\nThe squish animal balls have also become a valuable transition support. They provide both comfort and a fun, engaging way to move between activities. The dog is currently the favorite, and it has quickly become a go-to item during transitions. These small but meaningful tools have helped create a sense of routine and ease throughout the day.\r\n\r\nWhile these items may seem small at first glance, they have made a tremendous impact on our school life. They have supported smoother transitions, improved focus, and created calming opportunities that are essential for success. Most importantly, they have helped build confidence, comfort, and a more positive daily experience for my student.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our classroom has become a more supportive and nurturing environment. You have helped make learning more accessible and enjoyable, and that is something we will always be thankful for.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and support. Your donation has truly made a difference, and we are so grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1769192013103,"projectUrl":"project/press-play-on-the-magic/9951355/","projectTitle":"Press Play on the Magic","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Tiffany","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10379027"},{"teacherId":10346263,"projectId":9884437,"letterContent":"I truly don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for your generous gift of the Tonies Box to our preschool classroom. As a teacher, there are moments when you see something click for your students — and because of you, we've already had several of those moments.\r\n\r\nIn early childhood, learning happens through wonder, repetition, and connection. The Tonies Box has become such a beautiful part of our day because it supports all three. It gives my students the opportunity to engage with stories and music in a way that feels independent and empowering. They are not staring at a screen — they are holding a character in their hands, making a choice, listening closely, imagining, and then carrying those stories into their play.\r\n\r\nWhat has touched me most is watching their faces. The excitement when they get to pick a character. The way they lean in quietly during a story. The spontaneous singing that fills the room afterward. It has quickly become a comforting, joyful routine in our classroom.\r\n\r\nI've also seen particular students truly blossom with this gift. Some of my quieter children, who are often hesitant to speak during large group time, eagerly volunteer to choose the next character. Others who sometimes struggle with transitions or big emotions have found the stories calming and regulating. It has given them confidence and a sense of control in such a developmentally appropriate way.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is not just a donation of a product. It is an investment in language development, social-emotional growth, imagination, and independence. It is helping me create a classroom that feels warm, engaging, and responsive to the needs of every child who walks through our door.\r\n\r\nFrom the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in our little learners and for supporting early childhood education in such a meaningful way. You are making a real difference.","fullyFundedDate":1764601948423,"projectUrl":"project/tune-into-learning-help-preschool-hear/9884437/","projectTitle":"Tune Into Learning: Help Preschool Hear the Magic of Stories!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rachel","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10346263"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_56042","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":436,"numTeachers":26,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":94,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":2,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"16.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":58.6,"schoolId":56042,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Oran P Lawler Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Oran P Lawler Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/kentucky/grayson-county-school-district/oran-p-lawler-elementary-school/56042"}
