We had a whole unit on dinosaurs and the dinosaur materials really sparked their interest in the subject. They were especially excited to see the dinosaur eggs! They matched the shapes inside the eggs while pretending to hatch dinosaurs! \r\nWith the weather getting warmer, my students have been very excited to learn about all things weather and seasons related. The instant learning center allowed them to sort items for each season which is teaching them not only sorting skills, but how to dress for certain types of weather, etc. \r\nWe have been able to spend more time outside and my students are interested in spiders and insects so the magnet tin activities were perfect to increase their knowledge about them! We are continuing our exploration of bugs by exploring caterpillars and butterflies. The science viewers show them so many pictures of butterflies that they may not see often. \r\nThanks so much for all your help funding this project!
