I have seen students' focus improve, sensory support increase, and observed an increase in student engagement.\r\n\r\nBeing able to offer a choice in seating has allowed students to have more of a choice in the classroom. For students who don't enjoy sitting on the floor or in a wooden chair, students can adjust their position rather than being locked into one sitting posture for an extended period. \r\n\r\nMy students, all ages are asking if we get to use the stools, even arguing over whether or not they got to sit on them in the previous class.
