The hands-on materials that were provided give my students materials that they are able to manipulate and move to retell and recreate our unit stories. Which promote real world learning in real time. \r\n\r\nWhen I received the packages, the students faces lit up right away wanting to help me open up the boxes to see what was inside. The students were very eager to open the materials and to get to reading the stories and using the props. \r\n\r\nDuring our groups, the students use our felt board to retell the stories and to share about personal experiences helping expand their knowledge and to encourage the learning standards.
