I have older students. I was not sure how enthusiastic they would be about riding the bikes. Wonderfully, I have kids asking to ride them every day. Nobody had fought over them thankfully. LOL. \r\nSo far, I have had two students say they do not know how to ride a bike. There fellow students taught them how. That is so exciting. The students are using them for exercise and brain breaks also during class time. \r\nThe plan to do the event will be when the weather warms up this spring. We will hope to use the bikes to plan a bike ride in the town and a bike rodeo at the elementary school. Winter makes it hard.\r\nI appreciate it so much that you are so generous and gave your money so bikes could be purchased for the students. So many of them said they haven't rode a bike in years. Even though they are older, I am excited to see the little kid in them when they get excited to ride the bikes.
