We even had some students who used a lint roller afterwards to make sure their blanket was presentable and ready to pack up. They rolled up the blankets nicely and put them in adorable little gift bags with a label attached so the lucky recipients knew who had helped to make their blanket with care. \r\n\r\nWe plan to do this wonderful community service project again in the future. It went very smoothly, and the students enjoyed the freedom it gave them to work independently or in groups with their classmates. It was an excellent team building event in our classroom. They also enjoyed that they were able to move around the room to have enough space to spread out. \r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and helping to make this project come to life.
