Every single product ordered has been used or is being used by all my students. From figits, cleaning supplies, art materials, and snacks, all my students are so appreciative! The light covers help create a comforted calmness; the globe string lights are hung around the room, and the jelly lamp is the main attraction. Our classroom is also helping bring other students' interest in joining i Jag. Students can learn, participate, grow, and have a lot of fun. \r\n\r\nStudents have completed many different projects, such as campaigning for leadership roles at the beginning of the year. Followed by students' community service project ideas that led into CS for Hempstead HS \"Apples for teachers\", created and delivered senior home cards, and our class adopted a family for Holiday help with HHS. \r\n\r\nMy students then jumped right into \"Career and College readiness\" projects. Each student learned more about what they would like to do in the future for their career. Students created and shared posters, PowerPoints, newsletters, videos, and went above and beyond creating fun presentations by adding demonstrations, show and tell, and games with their presentations. Moreover, making it fun to present and fun for others to learn. \r\n\r\nAt the moment, students are working on planning our \"Health and Wellness\" project in brain health, self-care, and team building. Students will be sharing our classroom with HHS students that would like to participate in spring wind activities that will take place in our classroom. Some activities will be arts and crafts, brain health games and prizes, and sharing our brain health self-care classroom space with other students. Moreover, we can share the awesome space you have helped us create with many other students. \r\n\r\nWhile all these projects are taking place, there are leaders in the making for our future generation. Student leaders have been to \"LDC\" leadership development conferences. Right now, some of my students are also preparing for the \"SDC\" skills development conference where they will be competing with other students from all over Iowa. We have shared our classroom with many community businesses and leaders. Our very own Mayor Cavanagh of Dubuque came to visit the whole day with my students; it was a great day. \r\n\r\nOverall, the year has been exciting and fun for my students to learn and grow into future leaders. Although the year may be almost over, we have a lot more awesome projects planned for the rest of the year. Thank you again for your time and your donations. You are always welcome to visit if you would like one day.","fullyFundedDate":1762437290500,"projectUrl":"project/exciting-fun-comfortable-growing-ou/9619440/","projectTitle":"Exciting! Fun!
