Students have the opportunity to select snacks of their choice during scheduled breaks or whenever they determine a snack would be helpful to keep their learning moving forward. \r\n\r\nStudents were happy to see the class Hydration Station stocked and ready for them on the first day of school. The first days of school are an adjustment to students' eating habits and overall schedules. Having comfort food helps. \r\nStudents attending the Shamrock Success Academy work for three hour sessions through an online academic platform, Subject.com. Each student's day is individualized so an observer may\r\nsee students progressing in a wide variety of subjects.\r\n\r\n The teachers in the classroom appreciate the options that the Donor's Choose program has provided for our students. The options of a snack or a game helps teachers build relationships with students who may not be as focused as necessary to complete academic work.
