Because of your generous donation, I was able to purchase 16 cushions for our library, as well as some magnetic shelves to display books and some dot spots for our story and checkout areas. \r\n \r\nThis week was our first week of library since we came back from summer break. Several teachers have already commented on how bright and colorful the library looks now with the new materials! The students have been making great use of the dot spots to line up to check out, when they come in for storytime, and when they leave the library space. \r\n\r\nThe students have been noticing the new cushions, and I'm excited for the day when we will finish practicing procedures and they can begin using the cushions for silent reading time!\r\n\r\nI've also been using the magnetic shelves to hold the books we are reading this week! The kids are so excited when they see their books for the week displayed on the whiteboard. \r\n\r\nThank you so much for your generous donation!
