These resources have made such a difference in how we organize, use, and care for our instruments. When students first saw the new equipment, they were excited!\r\n\r\nThese new resources are already helping our music lessons run more smoothly. It has also been a great opportunity to teach students about taking responsibility for our classroom instruments by carefully getting them out, using them properly, and returning them to their designated spaces.\r\n\r\nWe look forward to using these instruments in upcoming concert and classroom activities. We have been putting the materials to use during our music classes- with opportunities to explore, create, and learn through hands-on experiences. One of my favorite moments was watching students create movements to music using our new giant fan scarves. They were excited to try the new materials, share ideas with their classmates, and see their creativity come to life. These resources have helped make our lessons more engaging and have given students new ways to express themselves through movement and music.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the \"agility rings\", they were skeptical about how these were going to fit into music class (I heard things like \"this is for gym class!\"). They had a BLAST jumping to the beat with the rings. These were great for beat reinforcement, working together in a group, as well as large motor skills\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue incorporating these materials into upcoming projects and concerts. Your generosity has made these experiences possible, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
