The impact on their technical growth has been wonderful to watch:\r\n\r\nYoga Blocks: The students use these to find stability and height while perfecting their relevés, as well as using them as targets and resistance markers to improve the height and form of their kicks.\r\n\r\nResistance Bands: These have been a game-changer for building the functional strength necessary for injury prevention.\r\n\r\nYoga Mats: Having a dedicated, cushioned space has allowed every student to focus fully on their alignment and breath without distraction.\r\n\r\nYour investment did more than just provide \"gear\"; it provided the resources for my students to push their physical boundaries and gain confidence in what their bodies can achieve.
