These have been used for problem solving, creating, play and even during student free time.\r\n\r\nThe students feel so accomplished when they are able to come up with a way to build things without directions. \r\n\r\nThe photos included show a time where we gave directions to build a wind-mill and they paired it with learning how to code simple machines to make their windmill work and run. We incorporated the launch of Artimis II, reading passages, science lessons, and math through measuring and graphing. With the help of our STEM coach, students got to bring their learning to life.\r\n\r\nAdults and students, alike enjoyed our Rocket day as we invited families to come and enjoy our rocket launches. The students from other classes were also able to come out and enjoy the launches that reached far above the clouds. Seniors from the high school used their skip day to come out and help students align their rockets and get them ready for take-off.\r\n\r\nThis was an amazing experience that created memories to last a lifetime.
