WOW! What an amazing organization. I started teaching in my current school in October and noticed right away that there needed to be a space for my students to work comfortably and for me to demonstrate labs. \r\n\r\nThe rug has done that for me. I did not know what to expect when the rug was delivered to the school, but I have to say that I was surprised by the reaction of the students because they did not know that it was coming. I kept the rug upside down to prevent it from folding up and the students were so careful not to step on it.\r\n\r\nAfter a few days, the rug was turned the right side up with a table in the middle. During the day, each class that entered walked slowly to the rug to see. When we had some work time, I told a group of students that they should go to the rug to work. Once that group got situated, other groups began to join. They were so quiet while working that it brought a sense of calmness to the room. They were so appreciative of the rug , and I was shocked by their gratitude upon receiving it. Thank you so much for providing my classroom with the rug.
