The 3D printing filament gives our students the opportunity to create a variety of 3D designs and print them to take home. \r\n\r\nStudents are able to access 3D design software on their school-issued devices and create highly individualized designs based on their interests, and then send those designs to be printed on one of four 3D printers in our school media center. Students are then able to take the finished product home to share with family and friends.\r\n\r\nNot only do students develop skills in art and engineering, but they take tremendous pride in the products they create with this filament. Your contribution makes it possible for students in grades K-5 to develop and grow within the design process, and then keep the product as an example of authentic learning and achievement.
