I was able to use your generous donations to purchase the following supplies for my classroom: Magnetic balls and rod sets, several different books of different variety, glue sticks, dry erase markers, large floor puzzles, board games, anchor chart paper, magnetic number bonds, and blends and digraph magnets. All of these supplies are helping make a huge impact in my classroom not only with my lessons but also with brain breaks and indoor recess time.\r\n\r\nWe have been enjoying different types of literature through the use of the books that were purchased. We have enjoyed stories like Enemy Pie, Last Market on Main Street, National Geographic Animal books, as well as many others. These books are helping build great readers and they are learning important comprehension skills as well.\r\n\r\nThe puzzles and games have been wonderful for brain breaks and indoor recess. Some of the favorites have been Candy Land, Sorry, and Tic Tac Toe. \r\n\r\nMy lessons are more engaging through the use of the colorful dry erase markers and the anchor chart paper. I am able to create visuals for the students that they can refer back to. The magnetic number bonds have been a great tool for math lessons as well! \r\n\r\nI could go on and on about how much these amazing resources have impacted my class in so many ways! Teachers like me could not do what we do without wonderful donors like yourself!
