Our students absolutely love to build. They love the hands-on interaction. But most of all, they love that they get to build and code their own creations.\r\n\r\nWhat makes LEGO Spike so powerful is that it transforms learning from something they watch into something they do. Students collaborate to design solutions, test their ideas, debug their code, and celebrate their successes together. They are problem-solving, thinking critically, and persevering through challenges — all while having so much fun they don't even realize how much they're learning.\r\nWe've watched students who don't always shine in traditional academic settings become leaders during build time. We've seen confidence grow as students successfully program their first moving robot. We've heard cheers erupt when a design finally works after multiple revisions. These are the moments that create future engineers, programmers, and innovators.\r\n\r\nYour support has not just provided materials — it has provided opportunity. Opportunity to create. Opportunity to collaborate. Opportunity to think differently. Opportunity to see themselves as capable problem-solvers.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and investing in their future. Because of you, STEM is not just something they learn about — it's something they experience.","fullyFundedDate":1768444075806,"projectUrl":"project/innovative-builders-and-coders/9719420/","projectTitle":"Innovative Builders and Coders","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Brown","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4413497_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1528239929933","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/browne1123"},{"teacherId":6389711,"projectId":9456444,"letterContent":"The students in my class have been utilizing these new resources daily! Students have been staying on task more during learning time with the hopes of their name being pulled. It has also allowed a no opt out option for students as they are chosen at random. Students love and value their headphones as they are crucial for students to participate on the multiple learning platforms that are required for students to complete weekly. Students compete weekly on their job applications to be the sweeper! We love a friendly competition and a clean classroom.
