Because of your generous donation, I was able to purchase clay, glaze, and brushes for our ceramics classroom. Having specialized glazes allowed us to create bowls for the Empty Bowls project, a fundraiser benefiting the local food pantry.\r\nIn my ceramics classes, students created bowls and glazed them with the donor provided glazes. We have a fundraiser scheduled for January where we will sell the bowls and donate 100% of the proceeds to the local food pantry. The local food pantry services students and families in our school district. \r\nStudents were so excited to receive these glazes so they could create beautifully decorated bowls in class. Staff are excited to purchase the work for our fundraiser that will benefit the community. \r\n\r\nThank you again so much for your generous donation.
