Your generosity allowed our school social workers to provide meaningful mental health resources and wellness items to students throughout the school community.\r\n\r\nThe new resources were used during Mental Health Awareness Month activities, student check-ins, and individual and small group support sessions. One especially meaningful moment occurred when students visited our wellness table during lunch periods and were able to select items such as affirmation cards, stress-relief tools, and self-care resources. Many students shared how appreciated and supported they felt simply knowing that their mental health matters and that there are adults in the building who care about their well-being.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, their reactions were overwhelmingly positive. They were excited, curious, and eager to engage with the activities and wellness supports. The resources helped create opportunities for meaningful connection and support across the school.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, our social work team is able to continue promoting mental health awareness and encouraging students to prioritize their emotional well-being. Our next steps include expanding wellness activities throughout the year, incorporating more social-emotional learning opportunities, and continuing to provide students with access to supportive resources and coping strategies they can use both in and out of school.\r\n\r\nThank you again for helping us create a more supportive and caring environment for all students. The games, fidgets, colored pencils, calming coloring books, and the coping curriculum have already become an important part of the support we offer our students every day.\r\n\r\nMany of the students I work with are facing challenges far beyond what most adults had to manage at their age. A large number come from low-income families, and for them, school is often the most stable place in their lives. Having tools they can touch, use, and feel comforted by makes a bigger difference than many people realize.\r\n\r\nBecause of your donation, students who come into my office feeling overwhelmed or shut down now have options that help them feel grounded. Fidgets help calm their hands, coloring books give them a quiet space to breathe, and games help build trust and open the door to real conversation. These small moments of relief often become the starting point for bigger breakthroughs.\r\n\r\nThe coping curriculum you provided has been especially meaningful. It gives me a structured way to help students understand what they are feeling and practice healthier ways to manage stress. I can already see the difference in how they talk about emotions, ask for help, and work through difficult situations. For some students, this is the first time they have had access to anything like this.\r\n\r\nYour kindness has helped create a space where students feel seen and supported.
