Having a 3D printer available to us to extend our lessons, problem solving skills, and create smiles on other's faces has been amazing. \r\nIf you have a chance to check out our pictures you can see that we started out by exploring the beginner cad program called TinkerCad. We did all of the tutorials to help us better understand and navigate the program. \r\nNext we decided to give it a try. We started out by creating a snowflake. That might sound easy, but we had to put all of our skills together to create the intricate snowflake. These kiddos amazed me with the designs they came up with. \r\nOur first print project is to create Valentines for all of the teachers in our building. We are hoping that this brings smiles to their faces and makes their day! We can't wait to finish all of these special gifts!\r\nWe are so thankful to have the opportunity to use our 3D printer throughout our curriculum!
