I was thinking about taking the project down due to no donations and the day I was going to delete the project, your donation came through! To say that I was thrilled was an understatement. I could not wait to share the news with the staff at students. We were all so excited!\r\n\r\nUpon using the microscopes, the students were beyond excited! They have never used a microscope before. So we did an investigation of what things look like with with our bare eyes and looked at that same thing through the microscope. The students could not believe what they saw! These microscopes have opened up a whole new understanding of the organisms in the world for them. They are now coming up with their own ideas of things to look at in the microscopes! So, our next step is to venture outdoors and have students choose some type of plant, material, or living creature to study.\r\n\r\nThank you again for such a generous donation!
