It's also very hard to be able to practice a part when you have everyone else around you playing other things. \r\n\r\nFor the last couple of years the only music electives offered are music history, band, drumline, and choir. Music history can be boring for most students, and the performance classes are very time consuming. Having piano as an option is sure to give a lot of new students a chance to get a music education without worrying about the commitment or studying. They're for sure going to be relieved to hear the news, and also happy that they won't have to carry a music stand across the school to the gym! \r\n\r\nUnfortunately, some of the requested items were out of stock with all vendors, so we had to select alternate replacement items. Practice mutes were purchased to allow some of our students to practice at home quietly.
