As you may know, squishies are a big hit with children right now. Using a squishy as a game piece just makes playing the game even more exciting. The Science of Reading game SquishyLand reinforces kindergarten reading skills such as beginning sounds, rhyming words, letters/sounds and reading simple 3-letter words. Using this game in my classroom has been a great way to boost these important skills. My students ask to play all the time! \r\nWe have also had a lot of fun using our mini magnetic doodle boards during phonics time. These have been an engaging way for students to practice writing letters and sounds and, eventually, we will use them to write words! \r\nThanks you for providing Pop It balls and squishies in bulk that I use for good behavior. My students literally jump up and down for joy when they are rewarded for doing their best and can choose a fun squishy or Pop-It ball. \r\nWords cannot adequately express how much I appreciate your donations.
