My students really enjoyed using the tools to learn to add and subtract.\r\nThe students also used the material to build groups of ten. They did an exploration to see how many tens make a hundred. Using the information the students started to see the pattern that there are ten 10's in 100, twenty 10's in 200 etc.. They had so much fun using the cars and dinosaurs to did this exploration.
