The letter and number boards directly align with the Orton Gillingham reading instruction that is now being implemented in the state of Illinois. This is the case for preschool thru 5th grade.\r\n\r\nEach card that accompanies the board comes with color coded arrows and directions on how to form the upper and lower case of each of all twenty six letters of the alphabet, while the number boards have the numerals one through 20. Each one has color coded arrows to form the numeral correctly. Myself or my students! It is so wonderful to be able to have a table that doesn't have broken wood, wheels, and has a stopper so that we can put water and water toys in it...maybe even add soap to make bubbles!\r\n\r\nIn the pictures, you can see how sturdy the table is and the heavy duty lid.
