When students visit the sensory room, they are able to reduce their stress and enjoy a moment of relaxation by watching the lights and bubbles. The floor tiles are so much fun to step on, and students can watch the colored liquid inside move around as they move their feet. It really has a calming effect on them! These items are sure to help students (and adults) of all ages enhance their focus and productivity! I have even visited the room just to enjoy the sensory benefits these items provide!\r\n\r\nStudents were VERY excited to see these materials when they arrived! They were happy to know that these items are available if they ever need to use them to help them with sensory modulation, promoting comfort, focus, and sensory stimulation.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for the students in our building is of course to continue learning. All students learn best when they are calm and able to focus. The kind and generous donation you provided with these sensory items will only give them that calm and focus they need, but they will be regulated quickly and will become the most successful students possible in their classrooms.
