I can't express in words how appreciative I am for your generous donation! \r\nMy class has already spent so much time using these wonderful books and using our new flexible seating options! \r\nI have used the book \"Just a little Music\" by Mercer Mayer as an introduction to Music class for my 1st graders already. They loved how the main character in the book loves to make lots of sound with his new drums - but sister isn't so please about it. We used these examples from our new book to help us learn that sometimes we might love the sound that we are creating - but others may not. And that even though we might not enjoy a sound or music, that doesn't mean we can be hateful to others. We need to learn how to use our words nicely. \r\nI have also let all my student have a \"Book Tasting\" day - where I spread around our new books and we take a day in class to have a calm Music day and take turns reading our brand new books!\r\nThe flexible seating is SO comfortable! My students have thoroughly enjoyed sitting in them compared to the hard student school offered seats! They are easily moved as well, so that if some of my students aren't as mobile as others - we can move the chair closer to them and they can utilize it!\r\nThe lights will be used for our Christmas programs for grades Kindergarten - 4th grade. around 500 students will be illuminated with these lights!
