Student utilized the resources on days when they needed something to eat. If students came to school hungry or if they did not like the food options at lunch, they knew that they could come into my office to get something to snack on to hold them over until the end of the day. Lunch is a critical moment for our students because it helps them to manage through the second half of the day. I like to provide students with a space to have something to that hunger is not a factor that prevents them from learning. \r\n\r\nStudents are always excited when they see snacks in my office.
