Plotting coordinate points is a priority standard in 6th grade. Students often have trouble and need many opportunities to practice. Rather than plotting and erasing (oftentimes ripping) on graphing paper, the graphing white boards allow the students flexibility in their practice. \r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials they were surprised and curious. They appreciated being able to erase with ease. \r\n\r\nThe next steps with these materials is for students to take them back to the classroom and lead small groups on how to use them.
