The motivational bracelets and pencils became small but powerful tools—students held onto them, read the messages, and reminded themselves to stay confident and keep trying. \r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, they were excited and grateful. Many of them immediately put on their bracelets and started reading the messages out loud. They felt special knowing that people they had never met believed in them enough to support their success. That sense of encouragement carried into testing days, where they showed pride and confidence.\r\n\r\nNow that testing has been completed, we are continuing to build on that momentum. We are reflecting on our hard work, setting new academic goals, and reinforcing a growth mindset in our daily lessons. The headphones will continue to be used during independent work and small group activities, and the motivational items remain daily reminders that they are capable of achieving great things.\r\n\r\nYour support made a lasting difference not just during testing, but in how my students see themselves as learners.
