I recently heard about teachers all over the country who are rewarding their students with desk pets and I decided to try it myself. A desk pet is a cute little animal eraser that the students will keep in a container on their desks each day. They can "take care" of their desk pets by giving them mini food erasers and mini toy erasers. These will be used as rewards! With your help, my students will be able to earn desk pets, habitats, and food by making good choices on their part!
