This program is not just about physical fitness; it's about providing an opportunity for my students to instill a passion for their health for the rest of their lifetime.\r\nThank you for your contribution to our weight foom. We have been so fortunate to receive racks, bars, benches and plates from our neighboring high school. This new equipment has elevated our space into a functional and exciting environment where students can explore new ways to get physically fit. The addition of the medicine ball has shown new exercises to help them gain physical strength in their core.\r\nMy hope is for my students to walk into any gym with confidence and an understanding of how to use each piece of equipment safely and correctly. Your financial support has helped make my vision a reality. I absolutely love watching my students work hard and have fun at the same time improving their fitness levels. \r\nThe timer and clock provided motivation for my students to work hard and meet their challenges.
