Bowling is one of our kids' favorite activities and one that is accessible to them outside of PE class. Bowling is a way for kids to be active with family and friends that is fun, healthy, and creates memories. \r\n\r\nWhen I teach bowling, I like to set my gym up like an actual bowling alley complete with lanes. We use weighted rubber balls and full-sized pins to make it as realistic as I can with what we have. The problem has always been when the balls hit the wall, they mark it up and the pins scatter into other bowlers' \"lanes\" and knocks their pins down.
