I use them every day in the Health Office. It makes the daily tasks so much easier. \r\n When the office is busy I am able to put the desk to the standing position to have easy access to it while moving back and forth. My old chair was broken, wheels didn't work and couldn't be raised up to desk level. This new chair is amazing so I can get my charting/paperwork done efficiently. The thermometers in the health office had all broken so this new one is great with the quick results to determine if a student can stay in class. The alcohol wipes help me keep the equipment clean and ready for the next student.\r\n All of these supplies make the day so much smoother and more efficient. Thanks to your support, I've been able to add some amazing new resources that have truly enhanced the learning environment and the well-being of our students. One of the most exciting things I've introduced is a hot chocolate station with a new Keurig machine. After completing a challenging task, students can take a break, make themselves a warm cup of hot chocolate, and take a moment to relax. It has become a ritual that students look forward to, and it's a great way to recharge before diving back into their work.\r\n\r\nIn addition to the Keurig, we've incorporated stamps, stickers, and fidget toys into our classroom. The stamps and stickers have been a big hit as a way to reward students for their hard work and creativity. I can't tell you how many students have beamed with pride when they received a special sticker for completing their high school credits. Meanwhile, the fidget toys have been invaluable in helping students focus. They allow students to release excess energy and stay engaged without distractions, which has made a noticeable difference in their concentration and productivity.\r\n\r\nThe excitement and joy these resources have brought to my counseling program is beyond what I had imagined. Students are more engaged, more focused, and more motivated. Moving forward, I plan to continue incorporating these tools into our daily routines, especially as we dive into upcoming projects that require both individual focus and collaboration. Your generosity has truly created a positive ripple effect that enhances not only the academic experience but the emotional well-being of our students. The impact that these items have made on our students has been HUGE! We now have two private storage cabinets that will be able to hold feminine hygiene products, medical supplies, and more. To be able to send a student into our nurse's station with these upgrades and see the smile on their face is just the best. These young ladies do have such a better attitude when they have to come to the cabinets. \r\nThe plants for the front office has made it less sterile and more of a calming place for them to come and restart their day. They love being able to see the jellyfish lamp and not have the bright lights distort their minds while they decompress. They love being able to earn a credit and come get a squishy and a treat.
