I am incredibly grateful for your willingness to provide materials that may seem simple, but truly make a significant difference in the daily learning of my students. Your donations of a crayon sharpener, CKLA manipulatives, markers and crayons will help give my students the tools they need to learn, create practice new skills and feel successful at school.\r\nThe crayon sharpener will be such a helpful addition to our classroom. If you have ever spent time in an elementary classroom, you know how quickly crayons become dull, broken, or difficult to use. While a crayon sharpener might seem like a small item, having one available means we can extend the life of the crayons we already have instead of throwing them away when they become worn down. My students will be able to keep their crayons usable throughout the year making it easier for them to complete projects neatly and take pride in their work. It also teaches students an important lesson about taking care of our classroom supplies and making the most of the resources we have.\r\nMost importantly your generosity sends a message to my students that their education matters. When donors choose to support a classroom, students see that there are people beyond the walls of our school who believe in the them and want them to succeed. That feeling of support is incredibly meaningful.\r\nAs a teacher I work hard to create a classroom where students feel welcomed, encouraged, challenges, and excited to learn. Having the right materials help me to provide engaging learning opportunities without students having to worry about bringing everything themselves. Your generosity helps make that possible.\r\nThank you for investing in my students and our classroom. Thank you for helping us preserve our supplies, strengthen literacy skills through hands on learning, and add creativity and color to our everyday lessons. Every crayon sharpener, every literacy concept practiced, every colorful project completed and every proud smile will be reminder of the kindness that helped make it possible.\r\nWe are so grateful that you chose to support our classroom.
