Your donation made it possible for my students to explore microbiology in a truly hands-on way. We used the new materials to swab different areas around the school and grow bacteria in petri dishes. Students were amazed to see what invisible organisms live all around us, from door handles to their own phones!\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, there was an immediate buzz of excitement. Students couldn't wait to start experimenting and were full of questions about where bacteria might grow the fastest. During the project, their curiosity and engagement soared; many even began designing follow-up experiments to test cleaning methods or compare public vs. classroom spaces.\r\n\r\nThis project not only brought science to life but also inspired my students to think like real scientists. They are already asking when we can expand the project next.
