The iPad pencil allows me to model writing, annotate text, and provide visual feedback in real time during small-group or one-on-one sessions. Students are especially motivated by the technology and enjoy participating in digital activities that make learning feel both fun and personal.\r\n\r\nThe Touch and Read Phonics Sentence Match (Blends & Digraphs) and Sight Words Mots Fréquents Flash Cards have been wonderful hands-on resources to reinforce key reading skills. These materials help my students strengthen their ability to decode and recognize common phonics patterns and sight words, which are foundational for fluent reading. I use them during targeted intervention groups and literacy centers to provide tactile, engaging practice that supports both English and bilingual learners. We used the containers to organize supplies for our field study days (when we go work on a farm to do work). We also use the clip boards at our field study locations which makes our work more presentable since we are not just writing on the ground anymore. \r\n\r\nIn class we use the speaker to help us hear online videos that introduce topics to us or when we are watching videos to do research. We now have resources specifically designed to help students recognize and name their emotions, and tools to assist them in calming down and communicating their feelings.\r\n\r\nWhen my kindergarten students saw the new tools, they were thrilled! We now have \"tools\" for learning how to play kindly with others and for managing emotions. One of our storage baskets, which contains emotion spots and other calm-down tools, has even been named the \"Emotions Basket\" by the students—this truly warmed my heart. Many of the items you helped fund are for imaginative play, like pretend food, toy pots and pans, and a toy microwave. These items are a huge hit in our class! It's wonderful to listen to the students as they engage in conversations while they work together to cook and create pretend meals.\r\n\r\nThe goal of this project has been to build a strong sense of community in our classroom, and I truly believe we are on the right track.
