My students are amazing, smart, and funny kids, who come to school everyday with a smile on their face and a pencil in their hand. They are eager to learn new things and always up for new challenges and experiences. They go to school in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, 2500 miles from any other states or countries. Living this far away has some great benefits, but can also hinder a child's learning. When new technology or new books are available, we often seem to be the last to get them. My students do an amazing job of adapting and learning in whatever environment and with what ever tools they are given.
