The large magnetic whiteboard paper came in handy with our paragraph writing assignment, it was a great visual aid for different learning styles. My class loves the extra seat cushions, we now have enough for all 25 students and the extra cushions are used on the trapezoid table where groups can sit and work.\r\n\r\nThe class absolutely loves the snacks! The mints came in handy during testing to keep their minds awake and alert. Their eyes lit up with curiosity when the boxes were delivered and they wondered what was in each of them. We were able to stretch the snacks to last for a month. The little tables made great space savers for working. My class got creative and put the little plastic table on top of their desk. Their laptops went on top of the plastic table and their worksheet stayed on the desk. Since we don't have enough clipboards, the plastic tables also work as something sturdy that students can use to complete assignments.","fullyFundedDate":1771439470328,"projectUrl":"project/reusable-learning-tools-flexible-seati/10038454/","projectTitle":"Reusable Learning Tools & Flexible Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Adversalo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10159978"},{"teacherId":10047349,"projectId":10108702,"letterContent":"the day our packages arrived, the kids were absolutely thrilled. The children will be using the colorful masking tape to build for their end of the year science project. It was a beautiful moment to watch my wiggly learners happily bouncing their feet on the new chair bands while they worked. Because their sensory needs were met, they were able to stay comfortably seated and completely focused on the activity. The materials you funded (including our new classroom rug, journals, and writing supplies) have transformed how we teach and learn together.\r\n\r\nOur students have already benefited tremendously from these tools. The classroom rug has become our favorite gathering spot for mini-lessons and read-alouds, creating a calm, welcoming space where every child feels included. Students practice spelling words with the letters on the rug. The journals, pens, pencils, and whiteboard markers are now in constant use, giving our students the daily supplies they need to build writing stamina and practice math fluency. The easel pads have allowed us to make anchor charts on the wall that students can reference for even more meaningful learning.\r\n\r\nYour donation has directly impacted our students' confidence, progress, and sense of ownership in their learning. It might seem like a small thing, changing chairs to stools, but it makes an impact in a small room. Interactive environments, with movement and collaboration requires seating that allows students to be more mobile and flexible and that's exactly what this donation provided students. Upon seeing the stools for the first time, some students were so excited! Students choose the type of seating they prefer, and most will choose a stool.\r\n\r\nOne picture shows how inconspicuous the stools are and how students working on a craft are still mobile and able to stand or sit as they work. The stools also allow for more space between tables, so students have more room to walk freely. This donation allows the room to feel light and removes some of the environmental barriers/friction. It feels comfortable, allowing students to lower their affective filter which is the first step to acquiring a second language and which will reap benefits every day, every year.","fullyFundedDate":1729370595197,"projectUrl":"project/quick-and-flexible-group-transformations/8885125/","projectTitle":"Quick and Flexible Group Transformations","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. M.","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2605903_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1456131495036","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/cmabuni"},{"teacherId":2105810,"projectId":10103326,"letterContent":"Thank you yet again for helping our media group to create quality broadcasts.
