Your kindness has made a meaningful difference in the daily lives of my students, and I have already seen the positive impact these resources have had on both their learning and their overall well-being. The standing whiteboards have transformed the way my students engage with lessons. Instead of remaining seated and passively completing work, they are now able to stand, collaborate, share ideas, and solve problems together in an interactive way. My students are more willing to take risks because mistakes can be quickly erased, allowing them to focus on learning rather than worrying about being wrong. They eagerly discuss strategies, explain their thinking, and learn from one another, creating a classroom environment where every voice has an opportunity to be heard. As their teacher, it has been exciting to watch even my quieter or more hesitant students become active participants. The whiteboards have encouraged movement, communication, critical thinking, and confidence, making lessons more engaging and enjoyable while strengthening the academic skills they need to succeed.\r\n\r\nThe snacks you provided have been equally impactful in supporting my students throughout the school day. Many of my students arrive at school early or go long stretches between meals, and having nutritious snacks available helps them stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. Something as simple as a snack can make a tremendous difference in a child's ability to concentrate, participate in discussions, and persevere through challenging tasks. Instead of being distracted by hunger, students are better able to devote their attention to reading, writing, mathematics, and collaborative activities. Beyond meeting a physical need, your generosity also sends an important message to my students—that there are people in our community who believe in them and care about their success. That feeling of support helps build confidence, encourages a positive classroom culture, and reminds students that they are valued. Thanks to your thoughtful donation, my classroom has become a place where students are not only equipped with engaging learning tools but are also cared for in ways that allow them to do their very best each day. Your generosity has created opportunities for meaningful learning experiences that will continue to benefit my students long after these supplies have been used, and for that I am sincerely thankful.","fullyFundedDate":1771595866421,"projectUrl":"project/empowering-student-collaboration-through/10104934/","projectTitle":"Empowering Student Collaboration Through Interactive Whiteboards and Classroom Snacks","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Haupu","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8840583"},{"teacherId":10294094,"projectId":10111958,"letterContent":"The shape, number, and alphabet bubbles have been a fun and hands-on way for my special education students to learn academic skills. My class loves the extra seat cushions, we now have enough for all 25 students and the extra cushions are used on the trapezoid table where groups can sit and work.\r\n\r\nThe class absolutely loves the snacks! The mints came in handy during testing to keep their minds awake and alert. Their eyes lit up with curiosity when the boxes were delivered and they wondered what was in each of them.
