Students use this equipment everyday for pretend play. Their favorite things to play with are the kitchen tools and food; pretending to cook meals and serving them to myself and our paraprofessional. One of our students particularly enjoys doing the laundry and ironing out clothes. Another student enjoys using the food toys as props for storefronts and will take everyone's orders. We love getting to see them use their imaginations.\r\n\r\nOur students could hardly wait to tear into these new toys and discover all of the different props. They love the toys and props so much, we often have to remind them to keep them within the appropriate play center so we don't lose anything. What a blessing to have so many lovely things that they can get lost in.","fullyFundedDate":1759513201405,"projectUrl":"project/daily-living-skills-learning-through-pl/9366777/","projectTitle":"Daily Living Skills: Learning through Play!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hall","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10039395_orig.jpg?crop=375,375,x151,y12&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1749174239366","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10039395"},{"teacherId":8503198,"projectId":9519854,"letterContent":"Thank you for your generous donation of task box organization materials. The crash pad provides a calming space where students can decompress, regain their focus, and return to their tasks feeling refreshed and ready to learn. This resource is essential in helping them manage stress and anxiety in a way that promotes both their physical and emotional health.\r\n\r\nYour support is making a real, tangible difference.
