Many of these books open the door to discussions about mental health, mindfulness, and self-care—topics that are crucial but often overlooked in traditional curriculum.\r\n\r\nReading now looks like shared circles of thoughtful reflection, peer-led discussions, and even moments of quiet mindfulness as we explore the meaning behind the stories.
