From the moment we placed the eggs inside, they have been excited to check on them each day and count down to hatch day. It has been so much fun watching their excitement grow as we get closer and closer.\r\n\r\nWe are now only 3 days away from when our eggs should begin hatching, and the anticipation in our classroom is building! The students cannot wait to see the first little chick emerge from its shell. This experience has given them the opportunity to see the life cycle of a chicken unfold right in front of them, rather than only reading about it in a book.\r\n\r\nOur next step is the most exciting one, hatch day! We will observe the chicks as they hatch, move them to the brooder when they are ready, and continue learning about how chicks grow and change.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for making this hands-on learning experience possible for my students.
