As a result, I noticed increased motivation, stronger engagement, and improved assignment scores. While adults may see it as a small snack, my students saw it as recognition and encouragement. For teenagers, that positive reinforcement made a huge difference.\r\n\r\nBecause of the materials provided, I was able to create a more positive and motivating classroom environment where students felt appreciated for their efforts. The snacks became an effective incentive that encouraged students to stay focused, participate more actively, and take pride in their academic progress.
