After learning about hot glue gun safety, my students eagerly gathered materials and started construction on Cornell-inspired shadow boxes. I have been so impressed with their enthusiasm and creativity!\r\nI have had students from previous quarters visit my classroom since starting this project, and they were so disappointed that they missed out on the new resources. They asked, \"Why didn't we get to use hot glue guns?\" And when I explained that we had just gotten them donated, they said, \"Ok, well next year for sure then!\"\r\nI'm excited to have more students construct in art class! Next school year, we will be gathering old toys and \"upcycling\" them into creative sculptures, attaching pieces with our awesome hot glue gun stations!\r\nYour generosity funded priceless memories, impressive shadow box creations, and future endeavors in sculpting!
