Because of your support, our kindergarten class now has a full set of headphones — and it's already making a huge difference in our learning every single day.\r\n\r\nWith these headphones, my young learners are able to focus better during reading, phonics, and language activities. Programs like Amira, our AI reading tutor, are more effective now that students can listen and respond without distractions.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments so far was when a student excitedly told me, \"Amira can hear me now — she knows my name!\" That moment of connection and recognition lit up her face and showed just how powerful this tool really is. It made her feel confident, seen, and proud of her reading skills.\r\n\r\nIn a classroom full of 5- and 6-year-olds, small things like headphones make a big impact — helping students build independence, stay engaged, and feel successful. You've given us more than just supplies; you've given my students the opportunity to grow as learners in a calm, focused, and encouraging environment.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in us and making our classroom better with your kindness.","fullyFundedDate":1755569408588,"projectUrl":"project/happy-headphones-happy-students/9272526/","projectTitle":"Happy Headphones, Happy Students!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Dawson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5643174"},{"teacherId":2670876,"projectId":9647251,"letterContent":"Every student deserves to have a learning environment that meets their needs. My initial stand was a stool\r\nwith props. However, I didn't have it high enough for my students. The light would shine on the students at the table which would block the board. After a few days, their students would sit on the carpet so that they wouldn't block the board. Now, my husband assembled it to rest high above the students, clearly and evenly protect my daily slides, and it's never in the way anymore. My husband assembled it on a Sunday afternoon, so the class saw it as they entered Monday morning with excitement!!! This was an amazing improvement for neatly organizing my classroom. We love it!\r\n\r\n The soccer ball gave my class a means of being engaged in a teamwork activity during recess.
